Office Manager (Fixed term - Maternity cover)
Start date - 12th August

We have a great fixed term maternity cover opportunity (9 months) for an Office Manager to join our busy London office, located in Aldgate - close to Aldgate, Liverpool St and Fenchurch St. stations.
This is a integral and multi-faceted role where you'll be the first touchpoint for many of our clients, partners and prospective consultants. Your role will combine office and facilities management, front of house, administration, corporate travel and reporting. The measure of success is the provision of a well presented, safe and efficient environment which enables the business to drive forward and succeed with maximum efficiency.
You role and responsibilities:
The main purpose of the role is to provide a professional and capable office management and facilities service to our busy and vibrant office as part of the EMEA facilities team, working with the Head of Facilities. The role is site-based full time. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Front of House
- including first POC for visitors, manage deliveries, manage postal/couriers
Facilities
- ownership of space, managing third parties and building operations team, management of local site repairs, purchase/provision of office supplies and consumables, manage support support requests through the Facilities Service Hub
Security
- Manage office access and local security protocols and staff ID/access cards
Collaboration Environment
- manage meeting room usage and calendar bookings. Arranging catering/set up when required
Events
- Managing space allocation and working with event sponsors, ordering catering and supplies for office events, assisting in corporate events
Administration
- Management of stationery, business supplies and consumables, corporate travel and accommodation bookings and accurate reporting
Executive Support
- Support to the C-Suite and Senior Leadership Team (when required), provision and management of boardroom events and meetings (when required)
Skills and Experience Required:
We are looking for someone with previous office/site management within a busy and fast paced office environment
Must be able to start on/around 12th August and be able to commit to a 9 month contract
Excellent customer service
Ability to prioritise and manage varying workloads and multiple workstreams
Strong communication and customer relationship ethos, with the ability to build good rapport
Good attention to detail
Strong stakeholder management and customer service
Previous facilities management
Contract monitoring and supplier management
Administration, cost management and reporting
Corporate travel booking
Familiar with the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and FM systems
