Job Description - Office Manager / Office Administrator

As the Part time Office Manager your role goes beyond the typical office duties. You will be the cornerstone of our vibrant, modern office in Milton Keynes, ensuring a safe and inspiring working environment.

Part-time - up to 30 hrs per week - office-based role

Your Role & Responsibilities:

As the Office Manager, you will:

 Keep every area of our office, from meeting rooms to the kitchen, stocked with supplies to inspire creativity and productivity.
 Work closely with our IT team to ensure seamless digital operations.
 Oversee our asset register, keeping track of all IT equipment to ensure everything is accounted for and in excellent condition.
 Be the welcoming face of our workspace, greeting new team members and esteemed guests with enthusiasm and warmth.
Ensure everyone feels welcomed, creating an unforgettable first impression.
 Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
 Plan and coordinate team events, from casual breakfast mornings to large company gatherings.
 Uphold our health and safety protocols, ensuring the team is always protected, trained, and compliant with the latest standards.
 All administrative duties to support the above duties.

Your Skills:

 Organisational Mastery: Proven ability to efficiently manage office supplies, IT equipment, and asset registers, ensuring a well-equipped and functional workspace.
 Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Ability to warmly welcome new team members and interact effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
 Vendor Management: Experience in managing supplier and vendor relationships, ensuring optimal service delivery and fostering strong partnerships.
 Health & Safety Acumen: Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety protocols, ensuring the team is always protected, trained, and compliant with the latest standards.
 Event Organizing: Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute a range of events, from small gatherings to large-scale company functions.
