Office Manager (Part Time)

Job Description🌟 16 hours per week (2 full days or 3 short days p/w)🌟 Covent Garden, Central London🌟 Salary circa. £18 per hour🌟 Media industryWe are delighted to assist a fantastic consultancy business, who specialise in promoting innovation within the Media industry, in their search for a permanent part time Office Manager.This role will be 16 hours per week, and can either be 2 full days (Tuesday & Wednesday on site) or 3 shorter days (Tuesday & Wednesday on site, with an additional day WFH).The key focus of this role is to ensure the company work environment remains fabulous for a dynamic team of 8 people. You will liaise with building facilities, manage office supplies and budget, assist with compliance and general administration, and help out with any further ad-hoc tasks as required and directed by the CEO.Previous Office Management experience is essential, ideally gained within a similar industry. You will need to be highly organised and happy to jump in wherever needed. You will have excellent oral and written communication skills, and will be confident working autonomously.Unfortunately my client cannot provide sponsorship, and we can only consider candidates with full rights to work in the UK with no restrictions.
