Office location: Rotherham

Remuneration: £40,000 negotiable depending on experience + 25 days holiday, pension, healthcare and life insurance

The role of the Office Manager – Structural Building Products will involve:

* Office Manager position promoting a high quality manufactured range of construction accessories such as; steel rebar and reinforcement joints

* Large of your time will be spent fulfilling admin & purchasing duties

* Controlling P&L

* Will be required to perform some estimating / costing responsibilities

* Selling to contractors & distributors from an internal sales prospective

* Support the operation manager to perfect process changes

The ideal applicant will be an Office Manager – Structural Building Products with:

* Must have office management experience within the construction sector

* Ideally have an engineering and/or have an understanding of concrete reinforcement, construction accessories

* May consider a senior sales administration / purchasing candidate if you have estimating, sales & P&L experience

* Open minded with good communication skills

* Personable, people person, driven and enthusiastic
