Job Description - Office Receptionist

An established and growing financial services company is seeking a professional and personable Office Receptionist to join their team. This is a key front-of-house position and an exciting opportunity to become the welcoming face of a highly respected, client-focused business.

The firm operates in a dynamic and professional environment, delivering high-quality financial advice and services to a loyal and growing client base. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, your role will be integral to ensuring a polished and positive client experience from the moment they arrive or call the office.

The opportunity
This is a hands-on, varied, and rewarding position, well-suited to someone who takes pride in their presentation, enjoys meeting people, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will play a key role in day-to-day office coordination while providing a warm, efficient welcome to clients and supporting the wider team with front-of-house responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage all incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate team member or department
  • Book, prepare, and maintain meeting rooms to a high standard
  • Handle incoming post and deliveries, manage office supplies and general admin tasks
  • Provide a high standard of communication both over the phone and by email
  • Liaise with internal departments to support smooth office operations
