Office Support Assistant - 12m FTC

Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit an Office Support Assistant on a 12-month fixed term basis.

This is such an exciting opportunity for someone who has 1 year of administrative experience and wants to gain quality experience at a notable law firm.

Your duties will include processing expenses, inputting time entries, booking restaurants and taxis, photocopying and scanning and providing document support such as converting PDFs, proofreading and formatting.

The hours for this role will be on a shift basis and will cover the hours between 8:30am and 9pm.
