Based close to Liverpool Street and Old Street, this is a dynamic and busy company seeking a highly organised and detail-orientated Office Manager / Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure projects are delivered smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being the central point of coordination, and can keep people, priorities, suppliers, and timelines moving efficiently behind the scenes.
Key responsibilities:
* You will manage projects from initial brief through to completion, ensuring teams are prepared, deadlines are met, and work is delivered to a high standard. This involves:
* Receiving project briefs and understanding requirements, priorities, timelines, and deliverables
* Organising project schedules, tracking progress, and coordinating the delivery of required materials, information, and resources
* Liaising with clients, internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to gather information and keep projects moving
* Managing diaries, meetings, bookings, and project timelines across multiple workstreams
* Coordinating suppliers, equipment, documentation, and any external services required for successful delivery
* Being personable and professional with clients, suppliers, colleagues, and visitors
* Representing the company professionally and maintaining clear, friendly written and verbal communication
* Looking ahead, foreseeing problems before they occur and being agile with schedule changes
* Organising invoices, allocating project-related expenses, tracking budgets, and maintaining accurate records
* Liaising as required with our FD and invoice administrator
* Looking after the general office environment and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly
* Being responsible for general office organisation, including meter readings, office expenses, filing, and administration
* Keeping the office in good order in terms of general housekeeping and workplace presentation
* Ordering office supplies etc…
What we are looking for:
* Well organised and PA savvy individual.
* Well-presented and personable
* Able to remain calm in a high-pressure environment
* Adaptable and flexible
* To have an eye for detail and precision with figures
* Previous experience in a PA/Office Manager role would be an advantage
* Experience in office management, project coordination, operations, or a similar administrative role would be helpful but not essential as training will be given
Perks and Benefits:
* £36/40k – 5 days in the office
* 20 days holiday PLUS 8 bank holidays PLUS Christmas shutdown
* Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
