Job Description - Offshore Operations Administrator Nottingham Base

Tasks

About the Position

We are recruiting an Offshore Operations Administrator to provide day-to-day administrative support for offshore teams and operational functions.

Previous offshore experience is not required.

  • Fixed 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Updating operational records

  • Assisting with workforce documentation
  • Processing routine reports and forms
  • Supporting scheduling and planning activities
  • Maintaining accurate databases
  • Ensuring administrative compliance

Your Profile

Strong organisational skills

  • Good attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computer systems
  • Professional and reliable approach
  • Ability to follow procedures accurately
  • Previous administration experience beneficial but not essential

Mandatory Safety Requirements

OSR-1 Validation

Completion of the OSR-1 Offshore Safety Readiness assessment is mandatory.

BOSIET Sponsorship

Successful applicants will receive company-sponsored BOSIET certification.
