Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the home's operations, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations
• Create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes positive outcomes for children with learning disabilities
• Develop and support a high-performing team, ensuring staff are well-trained, motivated, and child-focused
• Work in close partnership with families, local authorities, and multi-agency professionals
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in care delivery

Requirements:

• Must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential setting
• A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and person-centred care
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Passion for supporting children with learning disabilities to achieve their full potential
