HRS Healthcare are recruiting for an OFSTED
Registered Manager for a 3 bed children’s home south east of Birmingham.

About the Registered Manager’s role

Develop comprehensive care plans

Create a great team environment

Maintain high standards

Deal with the operational and commercial aspects
of the home

Ensure high standards of care are provided
at all times

Requirements

About You

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a supervisory
  role within children’s residential
  
• Level 3 in Children’s residential care
  
• Level 5 in Leadership in Management is
  preferred but not essential
  
• Full UK Driving Licence and the right to
  work in the UK
