At Delphi Care Solutions, we help providers across the UK navigate the Ofsted registration process and establish high-quality children's homes and supported accommodation services.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Ofsted Registration Consultant to join our expanding team.

The Opportunity

This is more than a compliance role.

You'll work directly with providers, Registered Managers and Responsible Individuals, supporting them from initial planning through to successful registration. Whether helping a first-time provider open their first children's home or supporting an established organisation to expand, you'll be a trusted adviser throughout the process.

You'll combine regulatory expertise with practical guidance, helping clients achieve registration efficiently while laying strong foundations for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead Ofsted registration projects from initial enquiry through to approval.

* Review applications, policies, Statements of Purpose and supporting documentation.

* Prepare Registered Managers and Responsible Individuals for Ofsted interviews.

* Advise on safeguarding, governance, staffing structures and compliance requirements.

* Manage project plans, deadlines and client communications.

* Build strong client relationships and support the growth of consultancy services.

About You

You'll already have a strong understanding of children's services and what Ofsted expects from high-quality providers.

You may currently be working as a Registered Manager, Responsible Individual, Operations Manager, Compliance Manager, Quality Assurance Lead or Ofsted Consultant.

Essential Requirements

* Significant experience within children's residential care, supported accommodation or children's social care.

* Strong understanding of Ofsted registration and regulatory requirements.

* Experience within compliance, governance or quality assurance.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Strong organisational and project management abilities.

* Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
