Onboarding Administrator

Onboarding Administrator - 6 Month FTC
Salary - £27,850 per annum
Location - Whiteley

We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Onboarding Administrator to join our Group Compliance team. You'll play a key role in ensuring contractors are onboarded efficiently, compliantly, and within agreed service levels, delivering a seamless experience for candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Process onboarding checks and documentation within agreed SLAs.
Issue contracts and onboarding paperwork to candidates, clients, and payroll partners.
Support compliance requirements for regulated and security-cleared placements.
Liaise with candidates and consultants to progress onboarding activities.
Manage contract extensions and amendments.
Identify and escalate compliance risks where necessary.
Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the onboarding journey.About You

Experience in onboarding, recruitment administration, HR, compliance, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements within recruitment is desirable.
Confident working with HR, recruitment, or onboarding systems.
Able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
