Onboarding and Lease Data Analyst

We are looking to hire a full-time Onboarding and Lease Data Analyst to join at an exciting time of our business growth. You will work within the Property Accounts Team and will be a strong and self-motivated individual with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will be meticulous with a keen attention to detail and will strive to continuously improve systems and processes as well as being experienced in both data entry and data analysis work. Having the ability to work well as part of a wider team engaging with our Investment Team and Property accounts Team is an essential part of the role.The below details the main tasks that the clerk is responsible for, but not limited to:

• Complete accurate data entry of Property Acquisitions units, lease details and lease lines
• Complete accurate data entry of service charge budgets and apportionments where applicable
• Reconcile property Tenancy Schedule v’s Acquisition template to ensure 100% accurate data
• Work with Investment Team to close out any data errors/updates required
• On completion of Acquisition complete a full handover to the Property Accounts Team
• Complete accurate data entry of new leases ensuring the dual write of systems is correct
• Work with the Asset Managers to close out any data issues
• Responsible for ensuring all new leases are approved and live on system
