Onboarding Specialist

We are working with a leading Fintech who are looking to bring on a Onboarding Specialist to play a key role in delivering tailored technical solutions that truly meet client needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Configure and set up systems for clients, ensuring all functionality matches their requirements
  • Manage data mapping and transfers, assist with testing, and troubleshoot issues
  • Serve as the go-to contact for your client’s onboarding process
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve technical challenges and improve processes
  • Support client training and documentation to ensure a smooth transition
What they are looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Computer Science or related) or equivalent experience
  • Experience system integration, implementation, or related roles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and build solid client relationships
