Job Description - Onboarding Manager

Onboarding Specialist

We are working with a leading Fintech who are looking to bring on a Onboarding Specialist to play a key role in delivering tailored technical solutions that truly meet client needs.

What You’ll Do:

Configure and set up systems for clients, ensuring all functionality matches their requirements
Manage data mapping and transfers, assist with testing, and troubleshoot issues
Serve as the go-to contact for your client’s onboarding process
Collaborate across teams to resolve technical challenges and improve processes
Support client training and documentation to ensure a smooth transition

Bachelor’s degree (Business, Computer Science or related) or equivalent experience
Experience system integration, implementation, or related roles
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
