The school looking to hire a One to One Learning Assistant are based in Bracknell and cater for students between the ages of 3 and 11.

They support students who have a primary diagnosis of Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, which impacts the way they learn, communicate and process emotions.

They are looking for someone to come in and support them in the classroom, with their education and ensure that they are able to access their learning in ways that are beneficial to them.

Each of the children have special interventions in place to support their emotions and well-being, while also ensuring that they are coping with their education.

The school also make use of a therapy during lesson time, in which you will receive full training on!

The school looking for a One to One Learning Assistant want an individual who is passionate about supporting learning difficulties and mental health needs. They want someone to come in build positive relationships with the students, which will in turn allow for a safe and engaging environment where learning will flow.

Previous experience with children is not necessary, but personality is important!
