OneStream Technology Lead / Developer

London - 1-3 days a week - Inside IR35 - Rate Negotiable

Contract - Initially 6 months with a strong chance of extension

We are seeking an experienced OneStream Technology Lead / Developer to take ownership of the design, development, and ongoing support of OneStream solutions across planning, consolidation, reporting, and analytics. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, working closely with Finance and IT to deliver scalable, well-governed financial solutions.

What you'll do

Lead the design, build, and support of OneStream applications across budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting
Translate business requirements into robust technical designs and solution architecture
Develop business rules, XF scripts, and complex custom calculations
Design and optimize OneStream cubes, dimensions, workflows, and security models
Build and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytic views
Support and maintain data integrations, APIs, and connectors
Ensure data integrity, performance optimisation, and adherence to best-practice governance
Act as a technical lead, providing code reviews, documentation, and mentoring to other developers
Support production environments, month-end cycles, and ad-hoc analysis

What you'll bring

Strong hands-on experience developing in OneStream XF
Proven expertise in business rules, scripting, cube configuration, and reporting
Solid SQL skills and experience working with financial data models
Experience supporting data integrations and ETL processes
Background acting as a technical lead or senior OneStream developer
Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge finance and technology teams
