Online Sales Executive Office based

Position: Online Sales Executive
Location: Thurrock Lakeside Retail Park (Office-based role, not remote)
Salary: £25,000 per annum (£40,000-£45,000 OTE)

Working Hours: Office-based, 5 days over 7 (not every Saturday and Sunday)
Opening Hours: Monday to Friday: 10?am–8?pm, Saturday: 9?am–6?pm, Sunday: 10:30?am–5?pm

You’ll be the friendly voice (and email/chat wizard) helping customers who browse online but want a personal touch. Whether it’s a quick call, a chat pop-up, or an email, you’ll be there to give great advice, answer questions, and help people find the perfect furniture for their home.

• Reaching out to customers by phone, chat, and email to talk all things furniture.

• Handling orders quickly and accurately.

• Sharing all the info on product availability, prices, and delivery.

• Keeping customer records neat and up to date.

• Following up on enquiries to turn interest into sales.

• Working hand-in-hand with the store and delivery teams to keep things running smoothly.

• Sorting out any customer concerns like a pro.

• Staying in the know about the latest products and promotions.

• Feeding back what customers are loving (or not!) to help us improve.

• Keeping an eye on sales trends to help boost online performance.

• Joining team meetings and training to keep your skills sharp.

• Someone with sales experience — maybe online sales, phone sales, call centres, cold calling, or retail.

• A confident communicator who loves chatting with customers.

• Super organised and pays attention to the little details.

• A team player who can also work on their own.

• Passionate about furniture and home interiors.

• Happy to work during store hours and flexible on shifts.
