Our client is a corporate travel provider looking for an outstanding person to join them. You'll be part of a small, dynamic team supporting the tech that powers our corporate travel services. Your role will focus on implementing and maintaining online booking tools for clients, helping internal departments with systems training and support, and working alongside the Director of Technology on exciting tech-driven projects.

Online Solutions & Implementations Support Executive - What will I be doing?

• Supporting and rolling out corporate self-booking tools and online reports
• Delivering tech training and presentations to clients and teams
• Assisting with Microsoft Office 365, intranet maintenance, and IT troubleshooting
• Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to streamline solutions
• Helping with operations and ensuring the smooth running of client travel systems

Online Solutions & Implementations Support Executive - What experience do I need?

• Someone confident with both IT systems and communicating with people
• You might have worked in travel, customer support, or tech-ideally all three
• Naturally organised and proactive with great attention to detail
• Familiar with tools like Microsoft 365, HTML or online booking systems (or eager to learn)
• Comfortable presenting to clients and solving problems on the fly
• Positive, self-motivated, and happy managing several tasks at once
• Experience in the business travel industry is a bonus, but not essential
