Looking for a people-focused role where no two days are the same?
We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive individual to join our team as an Onsite Workforce Coordinator in Petersfield.
You do not need recruitment experience. We're looking for someone with great customer service skills, strong administration abilities and a positive attitude. If you enjoy helping people, keeping organised and building relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
Full training will be provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop new skills and build a long-term career.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the main point of contact for our workforce, ensuring workers feel supported and operations run smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and supporting workers on site Building positive relationships with employees and site management Booking interviews and assessments Keeping accurate records and updating systems Processing timesheets and payroll information Managing staffing levels and shift bookings Responding to worker queries and providing excellent customer service Completing general administration tasks Supporting workforce planning and daily operational requirements Working closely with site management to ensure staffing needs are met
What We're Looking For
We're more interested in your attitude and people skills than recruitment experience.
You'll ideally have:
Customer service, administration, retail, hospitality, office support or coordinator experience Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people Good organisational skills and attention to detail Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook and Excel The ability to multitask and work in a busy environment A positive, can-do attitude A willingness to learn and develop new skills
