OPCMHT Mental Health Nurse/Key Worker

The post holder is required to undertake the duties and responsibilities of the post with due regard to confidentiality and the Trust policies on Data Protection, Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety and Smoking This Job Description is intended as a general guide to the duties and not as an inflexible specification. The post holder will work effectively under Service Integration with Social Care colleagues employed by the Local Authority, who will be employed under different terms and conditions of employment.
