At SEPHORA UK, beauty isn’t just what we sell - it’s who we are. It’s the freedom to express yourself, the thrill of discovering something new, and the power of belonging to a community that celebrates every identity. From our beginnings in France to becoming part of the LVMH family, we’ve always pushed boundaries through creativity, innovation, and inclusivity.

Today, as we continue our exciting expansion across the UK, we’re looking for passionate, driven individuals to help shape the future of prestige beauty in one of the world’s most dynamic retail markets.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join SEPHORA UK in a key role, where you’ll be responsible for bringing our products and brands to life online.

Working at the heart of our digital operations, you’ll ensure every product page is accurate, engaging and ready to launch - from new brand onboarding to campaign activations. Your work will directly impact how our clients discover, engage with and shop our products, making every detail count in delivering a seamless online experience.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Ensure all product and brand data meets Sephora standards before going live

  • Create and maintain product, supplier, pricing and promotional data across internal systems

  • Partner with Commercial teams to gather assets and information for product launches

  • Support the setup of new brands and suppliers, ensuring accurate and complete data

  • Carry out quality checks across product pages and existing records to maintain high standards

  • Manage incoming requests through internal systems, ensuring timely and accurate updates

  • Support the setup and execution of promotional campaigns across the website

  • Use digital tools and platforms to prepare and optimise product pages for publication

  • Build strong working relationships across Commercial, Marketing and Finance teams

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, data accuracy and ways of working

What you’ll bring…

You’ll be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with data, with a collaborative approach and a focus on quality and delivery.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately at pace

  • Confident using Excel and digital systems, with the ability to build technical expertise, particularly in ERP

  • A structured and organised approach to managing multiple priorities

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders

  • Comfortable working with data and digital tools in an ecommerce environment

  • Interest in beauty, retail or ecommerce

Beautiful Benefits at SEPHORA UK

When you join SEPHORA, you’re joining a team that we truly value and our benefits reflect that. Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Private Healthcare, Life Assurance and Private Pension from day one.

  • Competitive pay that grows with you, including annual salary reviews.

  • A generous employee discount across the world’s best beauty brands.

  • A paid day off on your birthday.

  • Access to a wellbeing and perks platform.

  • LVMH Heart Fund support.

  • Generous holiday allowance, with the option to buy more.

  • And more…
