Operating Theatre Administrative Assistant

Oaklands Hospital

Part-time 25 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operating Theatre Administrative Assistant to join our successful and dedicated team at Oaklands Hospital in Salford.

You will play an integral role within a team committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supportive environment, where your skills and expertise will be recognised and valued. The role will involve providing secretarial support to the Theatre Manager and Theatre Lead Practitioners.

You will be expected to deliver a first-class service to patients, consultants, and colleagues at all times.

What you’ll bring with you:

  • Proven experience in administration and customer service

  • Keyboard Skills

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy

  • The ability to make decisions and use your initiative

  • Strong communication skill

  • A flexible and positive attitude
