Operational Admin

A great opportunity to work as a Operational Admin to work for our client at London Heathrow Airport.

The hours of work are; 4 on 4 of:
- 5am to 5pm
- 8am to 8pm

The rate of pay is £13.20 per hour

Your Time at Work

This role requires someone who can work independently, ensuring accurate record-keeping and resolving discrepancies efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

- Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping for all employees.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in working hours and attendance data.
- Note Taking for Operations team
- Tracking and updating absence records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Aircraft Audits
- Stationary Orders
- Update and ensure Security Slip Tracker is compliant
- Complete any other tasks as requested by ASM's & FLM's
- Carry out HR functions as required
- Lead and support employee engagement initiatives

Our Perfect Worker

Our prefect worker will:
- Preferred experience within Aviation or a DHL operation
- Management experience
- IT literate
- Ability to manage HR functions at site level
- Strong people management skills
- Ability to tailor communication style
- Financial awareness
