Operational Resilience Lead

Your new role

• Lead the design and upkeep of the Group-wide Operational Resilience Framework
• Develop and maintain critical documentation
• Champion resilience awareness across the organisation through targeted training, coaching, and leadership guidance
• Embed resilience practices into business culture by designing engagement plans and educational initiatives
• Partner with business units and Group Technology to build realistic resilience scenarios
• Facilitate scenario design, execution, and assessment to validate end-to-end response capabilities
• Support and manage crisis and major incidents from triage to resolution
• Drive prioritisation and strategic coordination during disruptive events

What you'll need to succeed

• Track record of embedding comprehensive resilience strategies in complex organisations
• Skilled in crisis/major incident management and response coordination
• Deep understanding of regulatory expectations and industry best practices
• High-calibre reporting skills for senior executive audiences and governance committees

What you'll get in return
A permanent role paying up to £55,000pa + benefits. The role is based in Milton Keynes with Hybrid working on offer.
