Operational Resilience Specialist
Solihull - hybrid
£32,000 - £40,000 + 10% contributory pension, 25 days holiday + BH, profit related bonus.

Outsource UK is looking to recruit an Operational Resilience/Business Continuity Specialist to work for an award winning UK Bank, on a permanent basis.

The role sits within the COO function and you will work closely with Several SME's across the Group e.g. Cyber, BC, IT Information risk, DPO and report directly to the Head of Operational Resilience.

The role is broad and evolving but ultimately is responsible for supporting the ongoing development of the Operational Resilience Framework.

Day to Day you will be responsible for
Building relationships with stakeholders
Collating and producing MI
Assisting with operational resilience activities e.g. scenario testing
Carrying out analysis and reporting.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact and influence colleagues with engagement of ops resilience.

The Team is based in Solihull, there is a requirement to be on site for team meetings and for scenario testing but other than that the hiring manager is fairly flexible on how often you choose to go to the office.

This is a full time permanent role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (one hour for lunch).
