Location: (Hybrid Working Model: 3 days per week in office)

Operational Risk Analyst:
We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing, maintaining, and overseeing the Enterprise and Operational Risk Management Frameworks, ensuring operational resilience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the development, embedding, and maintenance of the Enterprise and Operational Risk Management Framework, aligning with industry best practices.
Facilitate the delivery of the Enterprise and Operational Risk Frameworks, supporting processes, and operational resilience elements.
Provide guidance and support on risk management processes, promoting risk awareness and a culture of active risk and issue management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, report, and manage business, enterprise, and operational risks, controls, incidents, and issues appropriately.
Assist in producing risk reports for management and governance committees.
Promote and embed best practices of operational risk within the organization.
Stay abreast of market and regulatory developments in enterprise and operational risk.

Qualifications and Experience:
University degree; professional risk qualification or relevant risk experience.
Significant experience working in an Operational Risk function within the Financial Services industry.
Understanding of complex systems and the latest regulatory standards for operational and enterprise risk.
Proficient in risk change management and embedded enterprise and operational risk management frameworks.
Strong communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex issues to diverse audiences and influence stakeholders.
