Operational Risk Manager

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services organisation for an experienced Operational Risk Manager. This hybrid role offers an excellent opportunity to own and enhance key risk and resilience programmes.

Location: London (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and maintain a robust Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF).
• Lead an effective Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) programme.
• Oversee annual Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery testing.
• Ensure staff training is delivered on schedule.
• Implement and test Operational Resilience, identifying critical elements.
• Complete annual reviews of ORMF, RCSA, policies and procedures.

About You:

• Strong operational risk experience within financial services or a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of ORMF, RCSA and BCP/DR frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
