Operational Risk Manager - 9 months FTC - £85-95k

A Financial Services client is currently looking for an Operational Risk Manager to join for a 9 months FTC to cover paternity leave.

The role will be owning the 2nd line risk team and will have 2 reports. Key part of the role is around monitoring and reporting risk.

The ideal candidate:

• Operational/ Organisational Risk experience within financial services
• Excellent experience in monitoring and risk reporting of multiple controls
• Experienced leading a team or mentoring/ coaching
• Public sector experience is advantageous
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
