Summary of the role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Operational Transformation Manager by producing a wide range of reports to several internal and external stakeholders at senior levels ensuring adherence to the Operational Transformation project life cycle, and the successful delivery of all Operational Transformation activities.

What you’ll be doing:

• Actively contributing to the maintenance of Programme and Project governance and standards through ensuring accuracy of data and reported MI
• Maintaining and operating processes to coordinate and assure the effective application of Project or Programme governance including; planning, change control, risk and issue management, dependencies, resource management, work order engagement and budget control, etc.
• Contribute to the maintenance and promotion of best practice standards for Project and Programme Office Management
• Enabling and producing regular reports for Project or Programme Managers and the PMO Manager/Change Portfolio Lead
• Quality assure Project or Programme data, providing reporting and trend analysis, supporting the provision of accurate and meaningful MI, highlighting issues
• Build and maintain effective partnership relationships within the programme to support effective delivery of projects

What we’re looking for:

• Proven track record of assisting projects / programmes as a PMO analyst – including project governance, RAID, risk, budgeting, portfolio management
• Background working within financial services – preferably Life and Pensions, however wider FS will be considered
• Experience of communicating with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, both internal and external
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new processes / topics and build credibility with professionals from other disciplines.
• Knowledge of FCA regulations
