Job Description - Operations Administrator

Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to multitask and prioritise workload

Good attention to detail

Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently when required.

Prior experience within a customer service or administrative role would be highly advantageous.

Nice to have’s

Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, administration or operations support

Experience working in a fast-paced service or operations environment

So, what will you be doing?

Planning and scheduling daily appointments for service engineers and tanker operatives

Allocating jobs based on engineer availability, location and skillset

Monitoring workloads and helping optimise routes where possible

Updating and maintaining scheduling systems

Ensuring job information and appointment details are accurate

Preparing reports and supporting the wider operations team

Adjusting schedules to accommodate urgent jobs, delays or cancellations

Liaising with engineers and customers to keep everyone informed

Location: Stonehouse, Gloucestershire (GL10)

Fully office-based role

Salary: Upto £25,000
