You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the team, managing customer enquiries, maintaining booking and CRM systems, tracking payments and invoices, producing reports, and supporting process improvement initiatives.

Managing customer enquiries for memberships, meeting rooms and private offices Tracking payments, invoices and booking system activity Maintaining CRM records and tracking customer feedback Analysing booking data and compiling monthly reports Supporting process improvements and automation initiatives The Person:
