Job Description - Operations Administrator

OPX Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Operations Administrator on a 3 month temporary contract, which could lead to a permanent position or longer contract. This role is supporting most of the QA and RA customer pack team.
Our Client is a leading supplier of single-use medical and surgical products with a reputation for delivering high quality products and excellence in customer service, helping healthcare professionals offer best practice solutions to their patients.
This is a 3 month temporary contract with a view to extend
Salary: £25,000 (£12.82PH)
8 hour shift day shift
Monday to Friday
No weekends
Weekly pay
To work in and actively promote compliance with Company and Regulatory requirements and to ensure that proprietary information is protected at all times.
Managing a paper document management system
Update documentation as required
Manage filing of incoming or outgoing documents
Collate/collect relevant data and final documentation produced internally
Update and maintain any databases relevant to storage of data
Manage the archive system
Co-ordinate the approval of document change control documentation
Working closely with the custom pack team on documentation requirements to ensure the assembly line isnt delayed by documentation.
Any other tasks required within the team.
Responsible for maintaining a professional and harmonious working relationship with all colleagues, customers, clients, agents and third-party business partners or representatives of the Company

Essential:
Have knowledge of quality assurance principles and systems (ISO 13485:2016 and GDP)
Have a good working knowledge of windows applications (Word, Excel etc)
Have good interpersonal skills with the ability to appropriately challenge others behaviors
Have good time management
Be well motivated with the capacity to work under pressure with a flexible attitude towards work
Have the ability to liaise with staff, suppliers and customers at all levels in a confident manager
Be thorough and pay attention to detail
Have good communication skills (oral and written)
The ability to identify improvement activities
Self motivated
