With a diverse catalogue that includes fiction, non -fiction, children’s and adult titles, they pride themselves on delivering high -quality content with wide appeal. Operating internationally, they blend creativity with operational excellence in a fast -paced publishing environment.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the smooth flow of information and materials between the Sales department and other teams
Support print runs for frontlist, backlist and reprint titles — including scheduling, sign -offs and process monitoring
Enter and manage customer orders across systems with precision and consistency
Maintain and update publishing databases, contributing to improved systems and workflows
Assist in data analysis and help refine internal procedures for enhanced operational efficiency
Experience and skills that will deliver success in this role:The right candidate is a proactive team player who combines an eye for detail with excellent communication skills. They will be confident juggling multiple priorities and collaborating across departments.
Essential:
1–2 years’ experience in administration, ideally within publishing
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
A methodical and highly organised approach to tasks
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
An interest in publishing workflows and operational improvement
Desirable:
Experience using Biblio or similar publishing systems
Familiarity with production or sales processes in a publishing environment
