Operations Agent - Manchester

Right Now Group are working with a Neutral Freight Forwarder, who are looking to bring aboard a new Operations Agent to join their Import/Export team in Manchester.

You'll be working as part of a team liaising with suppliers and customers to ensure the highest level of service in our Airfreight business. The ideal candidate will have Sales experience within the Cargo and Freight Industry.

Responsibilities:
- Dealing with call enquiries (inbound)
- Imports/Exports
- Arranging deliveries and collections
- Costing jobs
- Master and House Airway Bills
- Liaising with handling agents and external suppliers
- Dealing with airlines and making bookings
- Customs Entries

More Details:
- Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
- Hours: 09:00 - 17:30
- Shift: Mon - Fri
- Permanent Contract
