Our team of global experts design flexible, high quality financial solutions through our proprietary technology and expertise.Job DescriptionAs an Operations Analyst at Cirdan Capital, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our investment management processes. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to trade support and operational risk management.This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and operations. You will be confident in driving change and want to actively contribute to the success of the firm. Your career should benefit from day-to-day exposure to other departments including Sales and Trading. The collaborative nature of the firm means you have regular dealings with Senior Management and other support functions.Key ResponsibilitiesTrade Support: Provide comprehensive support for the execution and settlement of trades, including trade confirmation, reconciliations and resolution of any discrepancies.Operational Risk Management: Identify, assess and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Data Analysis: Analyse financial data and performance metrics to support timely decision-making and optimize operational efficiency.Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance operational processes and implement best practices.Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues from Sales, Trading and other functions to support the firm's overall objectives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.2+ years of experience in Operations within the financial services industry.Knowledge of trade capture/bookings, settlement and reconciliations.Strong attention to detail and control-focused.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis (such as pivot tables), Python a plus. Awareness of the product lifecycle. Kondor+ and/or Murex knowledge very advantageous.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Committed and with proactive attitude, with a willingness to take the initiative and drive projects to completion.
