Job Description - Operations and Administration Coordinator
Our client is seeking a highly organised, proactive and hands-on Operations Coordinator to support the continued growth of their UK business. This is a varied role combining sales administration, purchasing, customer service, technical service coordination, warehouse and logistics administration, and general office support.
This is a broad and varied position where you'll act as a key point of coordination across the business, ensuring sales orders, purchasing, service requirements, deliveries and customer enquiries are handled efficiently and accurately. The role will suit someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their workload and is comfortable working across different areas of a growing business.

Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE
Location: Bracknell, Berkshire. Based onsite 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate administration across sales, purchasing, service, warehouse and logistics Process sales orders, quotations, invoices and shipping documentation Manage customer claims, returns and front-line enquiries Support the Service Manager with service bookings, customer communication, invoicing and contract renewals Manage purchasing administration, including supplier communication, delivery tracking, invoices and returns Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, stock management and spare parts orders Pack consumables and spare parts, including some lifting and storage of boxes Provide customer and visitor support and assist with exhibitions and company events Provide general back-office and administrative support across the business Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring tasks are followed through to completionSkills and Experience:
Previous experience in office administration, operations or a similar varied role Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident dealing with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Flexible, proactive and hands-on approach Comfortable supporting warehouse and packing activities where required Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel ERP experience advantageousHuntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
