Job Description:

• Looking for a degree educated individual to develop and implement operational strategies.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and ensure compliance will regulations.
• Lead and Manage a team and manage the budget.

• My client sells across retail and trade/professional sectors with a growing marketing department.
• Nearly 150 years in their sector with high quality products and exceptional service with a long standing work force.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

• Looking for a degree educated Operations and Engineer Director with extensive experience in chemical plant operations.
• Strong track record of leadership and management.
• Technically skilled with excellent communication and problem solving abilities.

Salary/Benefits Information:

• £70,000 - £80,000
