What will you do as an Operations and Sales Support Executive

* Liaise with the 3PL partners, ensuring orders are sent OTIF

* Work closely with the warehouse to ensure any problems are addressed prior to shipping

* Manage the process from initial order to dispatch and aftersales support

* Process UK ecommerce and retailer orders accurately onto the system

* Deal with stock issues, back orders and work closely with supply chain

* Customer invoicing, CRM management and credit refunds

* Build strong relationships with retail partners

What do you need to be a Operations and Sales Support Executive

* Sales order processing experience, ideally within FMCG or Beauty

* Knowledge of export documentation

* Understands the supply chain and the end-to-end cycle

* Ability to build lasting relationships, goes above and beyond for customes

* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
