Operations & Stock Planning Manager - Hybrid (London or Hertfordshire based preferred)
£35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience + performance bonus + fast-track growth

We’re Luff. We're a Luxury bedding and mattress brand, but we don’t just sell mattresses.
We help people live healthy, happy, high-performing lives by setting the global standard for sleep excellence. We sell direct to customers online luffsleep.com and in Costco and other retailers. We’re growing fast but behind every beautiful night's sleep is an operation that must run like clockwork. That’s where you come in.

This Operations & Stock Planning Manager role is for you if:

• You love solving chaos with systems. Courier messed up? Supplier delayed? You handle it.
• You’ve got Excel/Google Sheets mastery. Forecasts, order tracking, margin reports — you enjoy it.
• You think in terms of automations. Manual steps? You’re already thinking: How can I Zapier this?
• You communicate like a pro — calm with customers, assertive with suppliers.
• You’re hungry for ownership. You want to run the whole ops engine (with guidance, not micromanagement).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Customer delivery issue resolution: chasing suppliers, couriers, calming upset buyers, recovering lost revenue
• Supplier performance management: ensuring deadlines and SLAs are hit, chasing credits and refunds
• Stock forecasting & ordering: updating and improving current spreadsheets and processes
• System building: improving returns flow, customer service SOPs, and logistics coordination
• Working with tech tools: GSheets, Shopify, Zapier, ChatGPT (and whatever else you recommend)

• Have 2-5 years in ops or ecom/retail logistics
• Are a spreadsheet power user who’s also great with people
• Love problem-solving and fixing what’s broken
• Are calm under pressure and obsessed with improvement
• Have already used ChatGPT or Zapier to improve your own work
