Operations and Supply Chain Executive

About the Company 

We are working with a beauty brand that is at the forefront of creating innovative, high-quality cosmetic products. They are a fast-growing beauty brand dedicated to providing exceptional products that empower there customers. As they expand, they are seeking an experienced Operations and Supply Chain Executive to join there dynamic team and help manage and optimise supply chain processes, ensuring timely and efficient distribution to warehouses and sales channels.

About the Role 

They are looking for an Operations and Supply Chain Executive with 5+ years of experience in a high-growth cosmetic brand to manage and optimise the planning, supply, and distribution functions. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of products from production to warehouses and ultimately to the sales channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that inventory levels are optimised, and operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Supply Chain Planning: Develop and execute supply chain strategies, including forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely distribution of products to warehouses and sales channels.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee the transportation and distribution of products, ensuring the timely delivery of goods to the appropriate locations.
• Warehouse Management: Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimise inventory management, order fulfilment, and warehouse operations.
• Sales Channel Support: Ensure that the required products are available for retail and online sales channels, maintaining stock levels that align with sales forecasts and market demand.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse supply chain performance data, identify areas for improvement, and generate reports for senior management.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and recommend improvements in processes, cost-saving initiatives, and operational efficiencies.

About You 

• 5-7 years of experience in operations and supply chain management, ideally in the cosmetic or beauty industry.
• Proven experience in managing high-growth, fast-paced environments, with a focus on scaling operations effectively.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, including demand planning, inventory management, distribution, and logistics.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and with external partners.
