My client, a fast growing FMCG company, are looking Operations Assistant to play a crucial role in their supply chain and logistics operations. This position is ideal for an ambitious individual at the start of their career, looking to make a significant impact on our company's efficiency and success. The successful candidate will manage the orders and collections schedule, handle all related paperwork for invoicing, shipping, tax, and compliance.

This role is a hybrid working model.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Orders and Collections Management: Manage the entire cycle of orders and collections, ensuring efficient coordination and accurate documentation for invoicing, shipping, tax, and compliance, including import/export and duties.
• Supplier and Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary contact with market distributors, freight companies, and the distillery to confirm orders and organize collections. Manage purchase orders, invoices, and all necessary export paperwork.
• Financial Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications in Excel, tracking volume depletion for monthly and annual financial and sales reporting.
• Cash Flow Monitoring: Oversee timely receipt and payment of invoices, closely monitoring cash flow to ensure financial stability related to orders and collections.
• Contribution to Financial Planning: Provide key data on sales volume and operational costs to assist in financial planning and budget adjustments.
