Operations Assistant

We're hiring a proactive and organised Operations Assistant to support day-to-day operations across logistics, sales administration, customer service, and office management. If you're hands-on, adaptable, and enjoy working in a varied role, this is a great opportunity!

Job Title: Operations Assistant

Salary: Circa £25,000

Location: Bracknell

Key Responsibilities:

• Process orders, quotes, invoices, and shipping documents
• Coordinate incoming/outgoing deliveries and manage stock availability
• Order materials from international suppliers and track deliveries
• Support warehouse operations
• Handle customer enquiries
• Manage supplier invoices, claims, and returns
• Welcome visitors and manage calls, emails, and admin tasks
• Maintain office supplies and assist with company events and reporting

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in office administration or operational support (Desirable)
• Strong multitasking and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable working independently and supporting multiple teams
• Physically able to assist with warehouse duties
• A proactive self-starter
