An excellent opportunity for an Operations Assistant to join a well-established company based in Dereham

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £27,000 Per Annum

Location: Dereham, NR20

About the Role:

You will play a key role in supporting the Operations Team, daily tasks will include;

* Speaking with customers and handling enquires

* Following up after engineer visits

* Preparing and sending quotes

* Scheduling bookings and coordinating logistics

* General operational and administrative support

Candidate Requirements

* At least 1 years of customer service experience

* At least 1 years of administrative experience

* Excellent communications skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Good computer literacy

* A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
