Operations Assistant - Insurance

An exciting opportunity to join a growing MGA with a sharp focus on specialty credit lines. We’re looking for an Operations Assistant with hands-on experience supporting credit underwriting functions — someone who understands the operational demands of working within a technical underwriting environment.

You’ll work at the centre of a highly collaborative team, supporting the full credit underwriting lifecycle — from onboarding new risks and managing policy data, through to reporting and operational process refinement. This is a pivotal role with exposure across underwriting, operations, and compliance, ideal for someone looking to deepen their impact in a specialist MGA setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support credit underwriters with accurate policy administration, document handling, and risk data input

• Maintain bordereaux and internal MI related to credit lines

• Assist with due diligence, policy tracking, and operational controls across live deals

• Help identify process enhancements and contribute to the buildout of scalable operations infrastructure

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in an operations or underwriting support role within credit insurance or credit underwriting

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Proactive mindset with a strong eye for detail and process accuracy
