Operations associate

Our client is reimagining international shipping. We're building a seamless, tech-enabled logistics infrastructure to help D2C brands ship globally without the headaches. Our platform integrates with leading carriers (DHL, FedEx, Asendia, USPS), and enables fast, reliable delivery at scale. We're backed by deep operator experience and a strong product team, and we're just getting started-especially in the UK.

• Launch and manage day-to-day UK shipping operations with global carriers

• Interface directly with FedEx, DHL, Asendia, Royal Mail, and other local players

• Build and document processes as we expand in the UK region

• Analyse operational data to track performance, resolve exceptions, and spot trends

• Work with clients (often D2C and e-commerce brands) to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless delivery

• Collaborate with product and tech teams to evolve tooling, integrations, and workflows

• Help evaluate and onboard new carrier and fulfilment partners as we scale

• Contribute to the early foundations of a growing UK ops team

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years in logistics operations, preferably with e-commerce or D2C brands

• Experience working with or at carriers like Asendia, DHL, FedEx, or small parcel-focused logistics providers

• Background in or exposure to Shopify-based brands or cross-border shipping

• Excellent Excel/data skills - pivot tables, lookups, cleaning datasets, performance reporting

• Strong client-facing communication - you can interface with merchants and partners clearly and professionally

• High adaptability - able to work in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments

• Working hours: 11 AM - 8 PM UK time (non-negotiable due to team alignment with EST)

Nice to Have

• Experience setting up ops networks or launching new regional processes

• Understanding of fulfilment centres, 3PLs, and logistics tech platforms

• Familiarity with WMS, shipping APIs, or cross-border compliance

• Background at a D2C brand that managed shipping ops in-house
