The Role:
As Operations Associate, you'll be integral to supporting leadership and operational teams by managing key internal systems and ensuring smooth project delivery. This hybrid role is ideal for someone passionate about designing and owning workflows, not just following existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise project and task workflows in Asana

• Develop and maintain internal documentation and processes in Notion

• Organise and streamline collaboration using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)

• Support legal and consulting operations: drafting and managing internal workflows, contracts, and deliverables

• Track actions, coordinate cross-team communication, and address operational gaps

• Manage calendars, internal communications, and provide status updates across multiple projects

What We're Looking For:

• 2 to 6 years' experience in Legal Operations, Consulting Operations, or general Operations Associate roles

• Experience in startups, boutique consultancies, or lean legal/tech teams

• Confident and autonomous user of Asana, Notion, and Google Workspace

• Strong communicator, highly organized, with sharp attention to detail

• Comfortable in ambiguous environments, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities

• Bonus: Exposure to Web3, blockchain, or AI-driven companies

Location:
London-based (hybrid working; remote-first candidates need not apply)

Compensation:
£35,000-£70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
