Must Have’s

• Experience in sales or operations within travel, or transferable experience from a similar fast-paced industry
• Proven multitasking and organisational skills - you will be juggling lots of spinning plates!
• Confident communicator with great attention to detail - you’ll be liaising with tour directors and suppliers
• A "can-do" attitude and a commitment to excellent client service

Nice to have’s

• Experience coordinating group travel or tour logistics
• Good knowledge of European geography and travel logistics
• Financial confidence — budgeting, invoicing, and supplier negotiation
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders

So what will you be doing?

• Managing tailor-made European group tour projects from start to finish
• Booking and coordinating services like hotels, transport, guides, and visits
• Creating detailed schedules, timelines, and client itineraries
• Communicating with suppliers, clients, and global sales teams
• Handling budgets, raising invoices, and logging project expenses
