Operations Controller

NHB Recruiment are recruiting for an Operations Controller to be based at an international marine container leasing company providing containers and related equipment on operating and finance leases to the container industry.

The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. This position requires strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will assist with managing office supplies, processing customer orders, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication between departments and customers.

Personal Qualities: skills and experience

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or office management certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in an office administrative role, preferably in the logistics, shipping, or leasing industry.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service.
• Experience with office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.) and basic office software tools.
