Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our client’s team. The Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the operational processes.

The successful candidate will provide essential support to the business, maintain accurate records, and organise service and support to their clients. This position requires excellent organisational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, organisation and a dedication to delivering outstanding service.

As the Operations Coordinator, you will be:

• Scheduling and organising service and support to customers' sites
• Respond to schedule changes professionally and in a timely manner
• Liaising with subcontractors throughout projects
• Managing completion paperwork and reports
• Communicating across the business
• Carrying out all administrative tasks associated with the business

As the Operations Coordinator, you will have:

• Proven work experience in operations support, administrative roles or related fields
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent computer skills
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high levels of service to customers
• Adaptable and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
