Operations Coordinator for Award-Winning Transport Company (Norwich)

Contract Personnel is seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Coordinator to join a prestigious transport company located on the outskirts of Norwich. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person at the showroom
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is professional and positive
• Plan efficient driving routes for the team
• Manage the schedule for a large pool of drivers
• Drive vehicles to events, exhibitions, and shows
• Coordinate and schedule regular vehicle servicing and MOTs
• Order and manage car parts for the fleet
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the vehicle fleet and premises

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid UK driving licence (must be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes)
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• A confident, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
• A willingness to undergo training for a Broadland Licence
• A genuine interest in or knowledge of vehicle mechanics

Hours & Salary:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexibility required during busy periods, including evenings and weekends)

Salary: From £25,000 annually (DOE)
